I’m Rishi Singh, the author of this blog. I am a 27 year old Health & Fitness enthusiast from Mumbai, India. My fitness journey began at the age of 15, shortly after completing my 10th grade, and it’s been over a decade since fitness became my passion.
Back then, I faced numerous challenges, including bullying, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence due to being overweight. The gym became my refuge, not only for physical transformation but also for emotional healing. My passion for fitness drove me to constantly read, learn, and dive deeper into the world of fitness. My journey has been built on continuous learning, constantly improving, and refining my understanding through trial & error. Fitness has taught me discipline, mental resilience, and the power of persistence. Over the years, I’ve learned that with dedication, anyone can overcome their challenges and improve their life—just as I did. Fitness truly changes everything.
