2 EZ-BAR CURL
3 sets of 8-10 reps
3 INCLINE DUMBBELL CURL
3 sets of 8-10 reps
4 CABLE HAMMER CURLS - ROPE ATTACHMENT
7 sets of 10-12 reps
Rest for 30-45 secs between spider curl and hammer curl sets, and 90-120 secs between EZ-bar curl and dumbbell curl sets.
